Este Património Mundial combina harmoniosamente elementos da Igreja Ortodoxa Oriental e da cultura Islâmica.

Construído por ordem de Ivan, O Terrível, o Complexo é composto de vários edifícios, sendo a Catedral da Anunciação do Século XVI, a mais antiga. 

A Mesquita de Qol-Şärif , o Palácio ou Casa do Governador,  a Torre Spásskaya,  a inclinada Torre Siuyumbiké, as muralhas brancas com as suas torres, são algumas construções deste complexo.

Russian Federation: Historic and Architectural Complex of the Kazan Kremlin

This World Heritage Site harmoniously combines elements of the Eastern Orthodox Church and Islamic culture.

Built by order of Ivan, The Terrible, the Complex is composed of several buildings, being the Cathedral of the Annunciation of Century XVI, the oldest one.

The Qol-Şärif Mosque, the Governor's Palace or House, the Spasskaya Tower, the leaning Siuyumbiké Tower, the white walls with its towers, are some constructions of this complex.

Riga era um centro principal da Liga Hanseática nos Séculos XIII a XV. O seu centro medieval reflete esta prosperidade, embora a maioria dos edifícios mais antigos foram destruídos.

Tornou-se um importante centro econômico no século XIX, quando os subúrbios que cercam a cidade medieval foram construídos, primeiro com imponentes edifícios de madeira em estilo neoclássico e, em seguida, em Jugendstil. 

O Centro Histórico de Riga, Património da Humanidade, tem a melhor concentração de arquitetura Art Nouveau do mundo.

Latvia: Historic Centre of Riga

Riga was a major center of the Hanseatic League in the 13th to 15th Centuries. Its medieval center reflects this prosperity, although most of the older buildings were destroyed.

It became an important economic center in the 19th century, when the suburbs surrounding the medieval city were built, first with imposing wooden buildings in neoclassical style and then in Jugendstil.

The Historic Center of Riga, World Heritage Site, has the best concentration of Art Nouveau architecture in the world.

Bielorússia: Complexo do Castelo de Mir

A construção do Castelo de Mir, Património Mundial, iniciou-se no final do século XV, em estilo gótico. Foi subsequentemente prolongado e reconstruído, primeiramente no estilo renascentista e depois no estilo barroco. Após estar abandonado por quase um século e sofreu danos graves durante o período napoleónico, o castelo foi restaurado no final do século XIX, tendo-lhe sido adicionado uma série de outros elementos e a área circundante foi transformada em parque. Sua forma atual é um testemunho gráfico de sua história muitas vezes conturbada.

Belarus: Mir Castle Complex

The construction of the Mir Castle, World Heritage Site, began in the late 15th century in Gothic style. It was subsequently extended and rebuilt, primarily in the Renaissance style and later in the Baroque style. After being abandoned for nearly a century and suffering severe damage during the Napoleonic period, the castle was restored at the end of the 19th century, with a series of other elements added and the surrounding area transformed into a park. His current form is a graphic testimony of his often troubled history.
